Proposal
The hired Freelancer will work with me to identify quality submissions for Open Job Requisitions provided to them.
Expectations
1) Review the Job Description (JD), role and indicative cost
2) Identify suitable candidates for the roles from the market
3) For every JD sent- timeline of submissions will be provided along with the mode of hire for the role- C2C, Contract, Full time.
Deliverables-
1) Submit qualified and matching profiles for screening per open Job Description
Criteria for qualified profile submissions-
1) Submitted profile should be Legal to work in the US
2) Submitted profiles match the JD and clear the Online Evaluation test that we will send to them with a score > 70%. This is to avoid stacking of junk/fake profiles.
3) Submissions will be available at the location of the Job Posting for work if selected
