Responsabilities : Within the PRODUCTION department and more specifically the 3D team, your missions will be : - Search for new candidates and select the most suitable profiles for the position - Explain to the candidates the working conditions and requirements - Create candidates profile and recruitment database - Meet recruitment targets - Act as a liaison between the candidates and the Cluster Manager during the test Participation in the improvment of the position and tools : Take part in the improvment of tools and work processes : - Suggest new ressources, ideas, in order to facilitate the recruitment process Skills/qualities for the position - Analytical skills - Relational skills - Rigorous and organized - Fluent in English written and spoken Place and working conditions : Freelance from home
