Hi! I've been recruiting for around 3 years already, mostly for technical & niche positions (but also non-tech roles such as sales, finance & product) for a local Tech startup in the Philippines. I've been working a lot with recruitment service vendors and thus I believe I've learned a lot in terms of account management and the processes and comms behind that, and so I'm excited to have bumped into this opportunity. As a "remote recruiter", this won't be new to me because I talk to my recruiters through email, viber and through calls as well. Another thing, in my former company, we have a very thorough process, and so my first goal when I get this bid, is to understand the actual industry and business of the company I'll be hiring for, then understand what the company (and them team structures) are to align that with the job descriptions. I'm also very much game to virtually meet the hiring managers if that will help in the calibration of the requirements of the positions :)
