Anatolia Tile & Stone is a leading importer and distributor of ceramic and stone tile and is a major supplier to some of the largest distributors throughout the United States and Canada. Currently we are looking for an eager, motivated individual to provide recruitment support for our North America recruitment and hiring operations. This person will work closely with our Recruiters on various job openings and provide support to our Toronto team by doing candidate resume searches, conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews with candidates. It will also require the use of our CareerPlug recruitment system, following specific recruitment procedures and ensuring that all candidate notes are captured. This project requires someone that is high energy, fast paced and willing to make many calls to find the right candidates for our company. There will be daily targets for calls, phone screens and interviews scheduled to ensure that KPIs are achieved by the team and job openings are filled efficiently. At least 1 year of recruitment and high volume phone interviewing experience is required. Please include your resume for review. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to getting your bids.
