Hiring U.S. IT Recruiters (W2, Corp to Corp) -- 2

We have a couple of direct clients in the USA and we need 2 US IT Recruiters to get us placements. This is purely a freelance based project and not salary based. We have an excellent incentive structure in place to reward our freelancers. We have an extremely lucrative incentive plan that gets you paid right. You MUST be familiar and have your own job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch or Indeed (Any one of these is fine). We do not provide any job boards for the first 3 months. You MUST know US tax terms such as W2, Corp to Corp, 1099 and US Visa and labor laws in order to work with us. Bids without any of these terminology experiences WILL be DELETED. You can be located anywhere to be able to work for us, as long as you have experience in US Staffing, we're good. Please note:- this is a long term opportunity and we definitely have a lot of work coming in. This is your time to shine. :) Please note:- Incentive payments are made subject to payment received from the clients for placements made. Incentives are dependent on client's terms and conditions. Monthly payments are made on the last working day of the month. You will receive monthly payments irrespective of target completion. This is strictly an incentives based role.
