Looking for energied freelancers in India, with mobile phone, unlimited calls and wifi or internet, wfh, to recruit. Please only bid if you can start immediately with set up & learning (60 minutes a day) and full work on Aug 19th or 20th for sure, you have a mobile with interenet (preferable to also have laptop or desktop) Each call takes 10 to 15 minutes includes reading the details, dialing, talking, writing feedback and then on to next one. We will give you access to Naukri to download candidates CVs including training how to search. We also show you how to use other sources to get candidates. So you get free training and sample calls to listen to and practice with the team. Payment: Rs.10 to 50 per contact made plus incentives at Rs.5,000 upwards (20 to 40% of what we get from our client, in slabs) for those who candidates pass interviews & join & work for 3 months. If a candidate we refer joins (you will have their details plus need to trust us) we get 5 tyo 8% of their yearly CTC after 5 months when the company pays us (minus income tax TDS from them to us and us to you, for freelancers its currently at 10% each time). So if a candidate earns 3,60,000 CTC, we might get 6% minus TDS 19,440 % TDS & advance tax Sel2in needs to cut before pay out : 15 Freelander (you get) 16524 Fixed pay : you talk to them, get the details and enter into our online spreadsheet and form, their response can be: (1) no response Rs.10/- (can try next day again), but you (2) that they are not interested - Rs.20/- (3) or want to know more detail. You need to provide us should have specific questions they asked you. Rs.40/- (4) are interested and want to go ahead with procesing Rs.50/- So you get some payment for all calls made as long as you talk them ...bid if ready for these terms. This payment will be released every 4 to 5 days via freelancer The calls are to candidates who have uploaded their CV (resume) or indicated that they are seeking new jobs and if they match job keywords, experience and salary & fees/remuneration. (no cold calls) Need to make 20+ calls a day. Its for recruitment. Need to e-sign nda, as resumes are personal data, not to be shared or sold to anyone. We will pay you via freelancer again. One CV in a month that joins & stays - less percentage, if 2 then .1% more, if 4 then some more... and so on in slabs. Takes so long to pay as candidate needs go thru 2 to 5 stage interviews, serve notice period in current company, then join, work for atleast 3 months before the company pays us. We search in online job resume databases. Contact candidate, if candidate interested we send resume to axxonet, of they like they call for interviews, if goes well, give offer to candidate, if they join we get bonus after 5 months. But to make call we will pay you once every 4 to 5 days, per above rates. Should be ready to create or use existing personal accounts on various websites /platforms that help locate candidates (linked in etc) by stating your working for us.
