I'm currently co-founder and CTO of my own AI start-up NickyTax. We do natural language processing of European case law for tax lawyers. Automating web scraping and analysis of large quantities of text documents is what I do all day every day. I've also been involved in the development of payday loan qualifying software for Nigeria. Where we we using scraped data from social media along with cell phone data as input data into machine/deep learning algorithms to decide on 'credit scores' in a country without major banks. This kind of out of the box, industry disrupting technology is ripe for creative start-ups to shake up the industry. I would be happy to lend my spirit of attack to your project and follow through in the future to ensure a successful launch. I just have one question, why not use Python? It's more suited to this use case then R, in my opinion. I'm capable of both, by the way.
