Quality Freelance Web Designers and Developers Required

We have a number of up and coming projects that we will need some freelancers to help us out with.
Specifically, we have two online stores that will be developed using OpenCart 2.0 but will need some additional branding and layout work carrying out so ideally, freelancers with expertise in this field would be ideal.
We also have an MVC framework project (either Laravel or Code Igniter) that requires the spec writing up first (we will be doing this and will supply to you) and also a C# .Net project that we have been asked to quote on.
Along with these projects, we would also like to hear from any freelancers who are looking for projects to work on, so would love to hear from you if you have expertise in any of the following skills:
Web Design (HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap)
Web Development (Procedural PHP, MVC Frameworks, Classic ASP/VBScript, C#.Net, Ruby)
