Greetings! I am in need of writing a gcode interpreter firmware for a custom CNC machine: There are 2 modules of the machine, one works while the other one is idle. These module events are triggered by travel distance, and there are a total of 7 motors. These algorithms to drive both segments are not novel and are currently available open-source on the web, this should be an implementation project for the most part. The last thing is a gcode interpolator post-script which rearranges the gcode according to our needs. Full explanation to the winning bidder, but we are basically looking for z axis movements and reshuffle those to arrange them in a specific order (a quick python script should take care of it) For testing code and machine movements, there will be a direct video feed to the machine and access to Teamviewer connected to the board. Timezone for this project availability is MST 9am to 9pm Hardware used: BigTreeTech board GTR v1.0 and TMC drivers for moving the stepper motors. Dear Sir, I am an expert with more than 20 years of experience in embedded systems and Firmware development. I have worked on several complex projects involving Cortex ARM MCUs using STM32, Ti, KL26 etc. I have worked before on g-code interpretter for a 4-axis (x,y,z,a) stepper control drive using an 8-bit AVR with 16MIPS. However the BigTreeTech board GTR v1.0 with STM32F4 can achieve good performance and better speed of g-code interpretation and implementation. I have links in shenzhen China.
