A script has to be developed which will ensure the following operations. This is for providing free WiFi to a group of people. To use this WiFi a user needs to authenticate himself/herself using OTP (say). After authentication, each user will get 100 MB free usage. Also it has to be ensured that the user does not get more than 10 Mbps of our 50 Mbps bandwidth. You may also suggest ways other than doing it through script.

Can do it for the Mikrotik AP. The result will be the AP configuration script and the separate UAC (User Access Control) system to be installed on virtual machine. The solution will include - hotspot configuration and UAC bindings; - UAC API; - UAC admin panel; - UAC user login pages; - the ability to limit the throughput for the user; - the ability to limit the usage time; - the ability to redirect to payment forms; - the ability to enable internet from mobile application. The solution will NOT include: - page designs; - the ability to limit usage by the amount of the traffic; - payment forms; - mobile application.
