I have a data set, which consists of the patient name and the product ( Medicine type ) and also the time when the patient used the medicine.

Analysis needs to be performed:

We need patients who are new to brand. New to brand- these are those patients who have taken no rx in last 12months.

Previous 12 months - No Rx

Current month - RX

Patient should not have any Rx in last 12 month Final dataset should be aggregated.

New to brand: Patient should not have the same drug in last 12 months.

Track patient across 12 months and then classify as new

Final results should be aggregated on the product level.
