I like that you have your requirements sorted out. I would like to work on this. I have been working as Splunk admin since last 4 years. My proposed way of work is- 1. Discuss the end goal and requirements in as much detail as possible. 2. Share sample logs. 3. I work out the solution on my system (AWS) and share the solution with you. Also provide you access to my Splunk Environment in Cloud. 4. Help you with implementation in your environment. If you are able and willing to provide me direct access to your Dev environment then it works too but in most cases clients can't/don't allow it. Looking forward to hear back from you.
