register and delete websites in google search engine with python script

I have a website with constantly added and removed products. Each products has it's own url like [login to view URL] Whenever I add add product I'd like it to be visible in google search. Very similar situation if the product is out of stack. It should be immediately removed from google search results (including pictures). When a product is out of tock, my site returns url: [login to view URL] and information that product was not found. I need a backend script I can run to add new products (urls) to google search results and second script to remove urls from google. I'm the owner of the domain. Currently I use Google search API: [login to view URL]:publish with type URL_ADDED and URL_DELETED but I have a feeling it doesn't work properly. I need something working quicker.
