Hello! I've done a similar project in the past, which consisted in extracting an email address from a pdf and then sending it to that email address. I have experience to extract information from pdf files. In a scanned pdf usually I use Image filters to extract the contours or remove lines. In the filtered page I use OCR text recognition to extract the text. Just let me know in the chat what kind of informations you want to extract.
