Need a python expert to fix an ImportError when I am trying to use a library called KoNLPy

This is the error: ImportError: DLL load failed while importing _jpype: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed. I believe it has something to do with the jpype library (allows python to use Java functions) and the KoNLPy library.
