Help installing Python Package using PyCharm and Django

I am currently new to Python/Django/PyCharm. I am trying to install django-timepiece 1.1.0 from [login to view URL] but I am struggling. I have tried following the instructions in [login to view URL] but I am struggling. I need some help from an experienced developer to give me step by step instructions on how to install this on my computer. I don't want someone to remote control my machine and do it for me. I actually need instructions so I can do it myself. I also need some basic instructions on how I can make changes to this application such as change the name of fields etc. I need this to be done using PyCharm community edition and SQlite
