Develop Python Wrapper for C++ library

I have a database library which was written in C++. I want to wrap parts of this library to make it accessible in the Python language. To do this I want to use the PyBind11 library ([login to view URL]). This development is for the Windows OS!

I tried to make a C++ module for Python as a test and I failed. I don't know why it is not working. Unfortunately I don't have the time to research this - hence my posting this project. I have created a 'dummy' database class with a few member functions and some related classes. If somebody could create a Python wrapper around this dummy class and make it work on Python 3.8 on windows then I can take it from there. There are a few challenges such as I want to be able to pass Pandas DataFrame objects into my database and store them as tables. Also, I would like to be able to return database tables as Pandas DataFrames. This may be implemented via NumPy arrays since DataFrames are composed of NumPy arrays. But this DataFrame interoperability is a 'nice to have' - it is not absolutely vital for this initial project so you can bid even if you can't do this.

I have attached the code for the 'dummy' class and usage. If this is wrapped in Python successfully, i will then be able to wrap the larger real API. If somebody offers an affordable price I may outsource the whole thing eventually, but for now I am only interested in the small dummy class wrapper - also to see what people are charging for this type of work.
