We are looking to build a similar site. Coding will use Python, PostgreSQL, Scrapy, Scrapyd & Scrapy-Cluster, Docker, Kubernetes and/or other similar/complementing tools.

We need a complete techno-commercial proposal, stating cloud architecture, strategies for minimization of cloud costs in scraping data, Features/Reports/Analysis available to both Admin & Customers. Developer should be aware of Amazon intricacies and should have worked on similar projects.
