Add simple Wave synthesis automation to my Kivy app.

I need someone to help me develop some new controls to my Kivy application. I have a Kivy GUI that connects to hardware and controls various hardware peripherals. I need to add some modulations to the peripheral controls. I will need the modulations to be triggered by eceeding an inputs threshold, to have various parameters attributed to them like delay before action, frequency and shape of modulation. What is needed is a basic audio type synthesisers control section, built into the Kivy application. I require the programmer to have an understanding of sound synthesis, and the understanding of how to create a custom wavetable for our modulations.
