Expression of Interest Bid for Installation of Solar equipment at Remote Rural Health Aid Posts

I would like to hire someone to write up a successful bid document based on information I provide for the request for EOI to Install Solar Equipment at Remote rural Aid Posts. The person should be knowledgeable in the tender/bid process and have experience in writing successful bid documents. He or she should be easy to communicate with and accessible. I require the job to be completed within 5 days and an editable completed document made available on completion. His/her rate should also be reasonable. Below is a brief description of the Request for Expression of Interest. I have attached the project description as an attachment. The PNG government is promoting the strategy for responsible sustainable development in the country by investing in environmentally significant sector which includes renewable energy. As part of the Strategy the Department of National Planning & Monitoring(DNPM) is undertaking pilot projects to install solar power for the rural aid posts in the selected remote districts in the country with possibility of replicating it in other rural districts in the country. Aid post lighting 2. Lighting for Health worker(s) home(s) 3. Powering the vaccine storage area 4. Lighting the Aid Post ward 5.
