Job duties and responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve technical issues on equipment using resources to effectively solve problems for customers prior to technician scheduling
Dispatch service technicians according to schedule availability (Locally & nationally)
Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers
Works collaboratively and effectively within a team of peers. Model a positive, constructive attitude in the workplace.
Effectively adjusts when priorities and resources change, managing time and resources to ensure the best possible outcome for the customer, employee, and organization
Requires the ability to adhere to a structured work schedule and efficiently self-manage work time
Must be able to learn and apply technical knowledge, work within defined policy and procedures, and use standardized tools and technology to perform job functions
Requires strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
Qualifications
1-3 Years of experience in Customer Support and Service industry with a passion for customer advocacy or proven success in a fast-paced support environment
Technical background for troubleshooting
High School Diploma required; College preferred but not required
Demonstrate the passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
Must be able to multi-task and juggle a wide array of projects
Ability to handle high call volume
Ability to work with deadlines and pressure filled environment
Ability to work independently as well as within the dispatch team
Must be able to accurately document information into our customer data base (Corrigo/Intuit)
Knowledge of Pneumatics a big plus (mechanically inclined)
Waste and Recycling Industry experience a plus
