I want someone who is able to create modules and other thing to start a project, like requirment gathering and documenting all requirment i want it well documentated for the project that i will disucss later on that requirment then will ne given to developer so that they would be able to build the software.I have a list of software in mind i just want to extract all module for that and document it in a perfect way.
