Project Manager & Assistant for Branding Agency

We are hiring a project manager and business assistant LOCAL TO WEST PALM BEACH/JUPITER, FL AREA Or DULUTH, GA on a freelance basis for about 20 -25 hours/week. Must be excellent with: - Administrative skills - Scheduling meetings and managing daily calendar - Organizing ideas and meeting notes - Client follow up - Communication - must be able to follow up on tasks and keep communication flowing between responsible parties - Assisting with copyediting and proofreading of all marketing content - Liaison between freelancers - making sure deliverables are on time/on schedule - Managing marketing calendar - Must work well as part of a team of designers, videographers, and other marketers to collaborate on projects
