REQUIRED: CST Monday thru Friday 9AM-6PM. More hours available. Some weekends required. Holidays a plus! Must be available to start immediately. Are you outgoing, a people person, very friendly on the phone, and enjoy helping people? Have customer service, telemarketing, call center, or cold calling experience, and love talking to people? We'd love to have you join our team! Looking for someone who is: *Very friendly and upbeat *Trustworthy *Honest *Reliable *Friendly phone manner *Very organized *Works well under pressure *Proactive* *Efficient* *Pay very close attention to details. *Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Excellent time management *Good listener* *Follows instructions closely* *Detail oriented* *Focus well *Fast learner *Can keep up in a fast paced environment *Experienced with excel and docs. *Google drive and Podio experience a plus. CAMPAIGN: Your tasks will be conducting internet research to obtain leads, calling the lead to pitch our services and products, setting appointments, and preparing word and/or Google docs. Telemarketing, sales, and cold calling experience required. *All incoming and outgoing calls must be recorded, and all information obtained must be entered into a spreadsheet and doc. Data entry experience required. A very detailed end of the day report is due at the end of each day. Other tasks as needed. This project is for someone serious interested in a long term, ongoing, prosperous relationship. I'm a rockstar VA I have a team of experienced agents and we are currently doing outbound calls for a health insurance company in the US where my agents give insurance options to customers. Each agent is generating an average of 10 leads per day. This is a transfer-type campaign and we transfer those qualified customers to the Licensed Agents in the US. We also have experience in outbound sales calls for AT&T, solar, online local search, real estate. Other experiences we have are technical and customer support, research, data entry, appointment setting, handling ticketing systems, lead generation, real estate appointment setting. All my agents are based in my office, thus the reliability. We have 2 internet providers and I have an IT team on a 24x7 schedule to provide tech assistance to all my agents.
