Preconditions / Assumptions. 2.5 What at is the time commitment expected of team members? Advised Techniques: Cause & effect diagrams, Mind mapping, Strategy maps. 3. Stakeholder Analysis : Advised Techniques: RACI , RAM , or Any innovative way. 4. WBS Stating team roles and responsibilities. 2 – 3 level. choose any template per your preference. 5. Plan Project milestones – Key Steps Project management plan 5.1 Quality Management Plan : Testing strategy or audit or inspection technique. 5.2 Schedule Management Plan - Advised Techniques for Schedule: Gantt Chart 5.3 Estimated Cost Management Plan: Estimated planned cost , budget analysis. 5.4 Risk Management Plan: Qualitative and quantitative risk assessment. 5.5 Human Resources Management Plan – Skill based resource mapping and recruitment requirement. 5.6 Procurement Management Plan Make or buy decisions Vendor or supplier management. 6.
