Using swarm theory and other AI to link large Drones together for a specific task.

I recently incorporated and am in the development stage of a company that will utilise subssea ROVs and Aerial UAV's to work in variou industries, primarily the Oil and Gas and the Forerestry industries

I require a programmer to work for me that understands swarm theory enough to get open source UAV (Drones) to work together

No Coding is necessary for the ROVs as they are not autonomous, but I do require the drones to be autonomous when it comes to the tasks and return to base functions.

I am ok with a central hub commanding the drones if onboard coding is too complicated.

would like to have the R&D completed by spring (March). I have already secured a plot of land large enough for test trials in the late spring, once the product is working I can begin to shop the company out to the various industries

I also have 2 mechanical engineers who are working on some specialized equipment that will be mounted on the Drones

ill need to have software that links a GPS point to a RFID or Barcode

I plan on swarms of 6 -10 drones that need to be linked

I am willing to pay more for that code along with the programmer having to fly out to site for testing purposes. i,e, ill pay expenses and and a salary if necessary until the project is completed
