After reviewing your task I think there may be much more efficient ways of doing it then through excel, although excel may be used for the database/data entry component I think a better way of doing it would be: through a python programme utilising the Selenium Webdriver module that interacts with the brooker. I have experience intergrating software with websites and look forward to working with you, If you have any questions let me know

I would need some more details about what you require to really give a solution, but I can create Windows desktop programs in C# (uses the same .NET framework as Visual Basic) to do what you need. I have integrated Excel into programming before, and have a little bit of a trading background too. I am from Perth, so communication between us will be easy.
