We're looking for an industrial designer to develop a new waist belt and outer shell for our patented menstrual pain relief technology. If our team likes your ideas, we will consider you for future projects as we expand our product offerings. What we are doing: We are currently in the process of validating our product efficacy with our target audience in Singapore, and need to have a product concept that is ready to be produced by our manufacturer, hopefully in a month's time or less. The brief is relatively simple. Our concept: Our invention revolves around a completely fuss-free method of menstrual pain relief. Users experiencing menstrual pains (and even muscle-related pains) can simply strap on the device which automatically works by stimulating blood flow. There is no on/off switch for our device, and no wires to connect whatsoever. It is completely fuss-free. The design theme will revolve around "Touch & Proximity. Soothe". You may refer to our design brief file included to look at the kind of references and mood we want to achieve. Deliverables: - You will have to develop a product concept that is ready to manufacture in around 2 -3 weeks. Deliverables include 3D renderings, technical specifications (dimensions, material specs). 1. Product Design Concept for Waist Belt and Outer Shell for our Magnetic Pods which contain our patented technology 2. 3D renderings at various angles (for use on product packaging, leaflets, website) 3. Technical specifications - Technical Drawings, Material Specifications, Manufacturing Instructions

Focus group assessment / market specific mood board analysis. 3D Modelling in SolidWorks Renderings in SolidWorks Visualize Technical drawings (inc Bills of Material) / sewn pattern data. Production process routes. (right down to fixture design to improve process step times) A broad range of materials experience including a variety of technical and inherently antibacterial textiles.
