Hi dear. first of all I will check FEA calculations for this product to make sure of why it is bend . then if I can figure out the reason. I will try a simple mechanism which is done this easily but I cant give you any sketches for this mechanism before make deal. thanks for your time.

I am a CFD Engineer working in an organization for complete modeling, meshing and analysis. I use software such as Fluent, CFX, Gambit, Ideas, AutoCad, Catia. I can work for deadline. I need a job for experience. Money is not my concern. I also have an industrial exposure into RnD for 1 and half years.

I have an idea how to make it and economical of this item I need section on which it has to be mounted. Since it is your choice.

My proposal is based on a existing solution for different product. Easy to manufacture and mass produce. Materials are available on market and cheap. I have made a fully functional prototype.

I would likely stick with a polyurethane but I would look into adding a "semi structure" to the inside of the part. This would keep the product looking the same but likely help reduce the deformation that is appearing in the part after use. Please let me know what tasks are specifically required. Under the current summary it appears as if you are only seeking to discuss possible options for a fix.

I have great experience of DFM for plastics. Although I would check my materials database for a more appropriate material, I actually have a material in mind that will nicely fulfil your function/requirements. Your design will need "special features" integrating (will take less space than original design) to allow the function you describe. In addition to your description, I will need to know the intended force you would like the coat-hanger to deform under, as well as dimensions of the coat-hanger pre and post deformation.
