The source Laser is from an array of 25 diodes where: Emitter pitch (distance between two emitters) 0.4 mm Fast Axis 40 degrees (Normal to the Bar) Slow Axis 9 degrees (parallel to the Bar) We need to endup with a collimated ~5 mm beam diameter by selecting lenses and mounting frames from two companies: Edmond optical and Newport Thorlabs The seller agrees that this project is defined legally as "work for hire" meaning the buyer gets all intellectual properties rights.

I have some questions regarding the fast and slow axes, but I should be able to find the lenses and mounting frames you need quite quickly. I also want to confirm that the array of diodes is in a 5x5 square spaces at 0.4mm, so that the entire thing is 1.6mm by 1.6mm. I would also like to know what kind of laser will be emitted, and if chromatic aberration is a concern; I assume that we are working with a monochromatic laser, but I would like to confirm this as well.
