Install a test Prestahsop store with modules

I am thinking on migrating an old existing web store (based on OSCommerce 2.x) to Prestashop. I have never used Prestashop before, so I would like someone to install me a sample store so I can check out how it works, the backoffice, etc. I am looking for someone with a lot of EXPERIENCE in Prestahsop; not someone who can install it but hasn't used it a lot before. I am looking to get two sample installations. One plain Prestashop latest version, and another one with the most used/common modules you can think of. I do not need any customization on the interface. I do not care about logos, categories, products, or anything like that. I want to check out how a default prestashop looks like, and how it looks like with some customization with current modules. I want to check out the back office, etc. I also need DOCUMENTATION on what you would recommend, as someone with experience on Prestashop. I know they are paid modules, I do not need them pirated. But I would like to get written documentation like "this and that moduel would surely be recommended since they are a must on any good Prestashop store". I will not be paying just for the base install; I will mostly be paying for your knowledge and experience with Prestahsop. You will be helping me with I+D on Prestashop. I will supply domain with FTP and two databases, to make two installations in /store1 /store2 directories (if installing on subdirectories makes it more difficult, I can supply two test domains). Good english is a must. European time zone is nice. Please post your bid so I know you have actually read what you are bidding on.
