PowerPoint issue - embedded video will not play when exported to .exe

Issue: I have a PowerPoint slide presentation with 'speaker' video (and audio) embedded and timings on each slide to reflect the speaker (embedded video). The issue is the video is not playing when I export the .ppt to a .exe or .mp4. The PowerPoint Show feature does work however.

1. Original 'Video Style' on the vidoe thumbnail on Slide 1 to reflect the moving video throughout ALL slides and

2. The video to play through ALL slides. it is playing but the video is static and not 'playing'.

Hello there! Could you please take the time to explain a bit more the issue here? I open the ppsx and the video is playing normally in all slides. I change slides and it continues to play as i suppose it should be! Zaidi
