You have been hired by Red Clover Hotels to create a "New Employee Orientation" PowerPoint for new

employees that they have starting next month. All the materials for the orientation package need to be to

the design department by next week, so please make this your top priority! Create a slide show

presentation with a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 8 slides. The presentation should be done in a

professional manner, remember this is the first look that these new employees will have of the Red Clover

Hotel chain. The presentation must include all of the common features that a new employee orientation

might have, so make sure and do some research for material to add to the orientation. The first slide must

include the name of the hotel, the title "New Employee Orientation", and the date of the orientation (May

15, 2016). Please be sure the file name includes your first and last name.

You are required to use:

 a minimum of two different fonts

 a minimum of two different font sizes

 a minimum of two different backgrounds

 a minimum of two clip art pictures (they must relate to your topic)

 a minimum of two shapes

In addition to the requirements above, you must use at least two of the following.

 Custom animations

 Slide transitions

 Timed presentation

Be sure to follow the "6X6 rule". (No more than 6 lines on a page and 6 words on each line.) Good luck

with your presentation and remember to be creative. Also be sure to check that you have no misspelled

words in the presentation.

You will need to send me your presentation (required file format is .pptx or it will be left ungraded). Not to

put any pressure on you, but I do need this back before the end of the day (11:59 pm) Monday, May 2nd.

To make things a little easier, I have also included a couple of slides that will give you an idea of what the

Human Resources department has used in the past.
