This is the first of a multi part project. I need to be able to track various projects that I offer for my customers. Once this part is up and working correctly, I will need to add additional project types and other functionality.
For the first part, I need to track an incentive payment that will calculate and split a dollar amount between various entities. My staff will enter information into a new project form and using that data and calculations performed by the Creator program, we will generate total incentive amounts as well how the total amount is split between various entities. We will be pulling date from my Zoho CRM program.
Once the project is inputted into Creator, we will need to get the calculated values. In a perfect world, we would be able to output a form letter using Zoho Writer or MS Word, created from data entered, populated by CRM (company name and address) and calculations performed by Creator. At a minimum, we will need the proper values that we can enter into the form letter by hand.
Will definitely need reporting functions will allow me to retrieve data from program including who is getting paid on each project as well as lists of all projects, projects by referring partner, etc.
Will will also need the ability to go back in and make changes to projects that have been inputted and track status.
For the reporting and follow up parts of this project, I believe I will need some guidance to implement that best. Not sure what's available or the easiest way to handle.
