wordpress plugin 3 bugs

3 issues (all related to the same plugin, the plugin is a directory listing plugin. The plugin name is "sabai directory") : 1, The new plugin I'm using got a shortcode that doesn't work for me, this is the shortcode : [sabai-directory-photo-slider] this is how it should look like : [login to view URL] and this is how it looks like at my site : [login to view URL] 2, In the same plugin, there is a page where a user can upload his listing, adding all of his details and uploading his pictures. I want all of the images being uploaded from that page to be in the same width and height, so the listing pages will look nice and even. I need it to be automatic, so when a user is uploading a photo it would fit a certain size without me having to work and manually crop or scale the image. There is a place in the plugin for setting this up, but for some reason this is not working. My site is fully responsive, but only the listing pages related to the new plugin, doesn't look responsive for my mobile device.
