Project Summary Customizations required for PaidMembershipsPro on Wordpress for a non-profit client. Please project attachment. All customizations must be annotated and protected from plugins upgrades/overwrites. Please reply only if you have completed and can show previous customizations of PaidMembershipsPro. Staging area can be provided as required. Add extended fields Add approximately 35 additional checkout fields, based on the provided Intake Form spreadsheet. [login to view URL] Add Manual Back-End Approval Process Create an admin process to approve membership applications. New members would complete the sign-up process but not be allowed membership until an administrator approved. Establish Membership Levels with Fee Calculation See Membership levels below E-Mail Customization + Renewal Emails To more closely match WooCommerce emails for pre and post-approvals, pre and post renewals Make Membership Calendar-Year All memberships will be calendar year, renewing January 1 and expiring December 31. 15-Day Grace Period on Expiration Although memberships would expire December 31 (or January 1, technically), members get 15 days of additional access to the site. Prorated Pricing Membership fees will need to be adjusted based on when someone signs up. Customized Membership Directory The membership directory needs to present differently for member and non-member viewers, optionally presenting a drill-down view. Additionally, the presentation needs to provide an A-Z chooser by organization name as well as a filter drop-down by company type to limit the list and keyword.
