I have a website using WordPress / WooCommerce & WooCommerce Bookings plugin. I need a script to import data from an external bookings application. Data will be provided in csv format. A few issues to consider: - Although there are plenty of WooCommerce import plugins, there does not seem to be one that imports bookings data - Bookings data is created in an additional post. A WooCommerce shop order is stored as a single post in the database. The related Bookings data is stored as an additional post. The relationship between the two posts is through the parent_id field - An order can consist of multiple line items and is attached to a user / customer that may pr may not already be within the database - A single booking can create multiple rows of serialised meta data within the postmeta table - The imported data needs to act correctly within the WordPress / WooCommerce dashboard and the front end booking system, i.e. it must correctly update the calendar - This does not need to be implemented as a plugin - a script that will parse the csv and produce a script of php or SQL statements to run manually will be fine.

The booking data is stored in serialized form in _wc_booking_availability and other booking detail are stored in _wc_booking_* rows of the product post meta.
