Wordpress: Fixing rendering problems with Elementor elements on Kindle (and IE) browsers

I've used the Elementor page builder to style parts of my website and, using an emulator, have found that many of the elements don't render properly on Kindle devices and early versions of IE. I know fixing IE issues can be a nightmare, so I'm willing to give up on IE, but I'd like to at least find out if the Kindle problem can be fairly easily solved or not. Elementor support says they don't support this problem. I'm looking for a web designer with experience in coding (and ideally familiar with Elementor) who might be able to trouble-shoot this.
