Wordpress Expert Needed for multiple projects

Below specification is for the first project. If this project goes well, I would like to continue with you for next projects. After reading below specifications, please let me know the answer of following question. Proposal without answers will not be considered. Question: Website must be GDPR compliant hence we will purchase the required plugins and themes. Let me know the list of plugins and theme (from below reference or any other if you think is better). Technical specification: 1. Use an existing template ([login to view URL] or similar). See the template references below. 2. Allow admin to manage the menu. Menu will go upto 3 leveles. Main menu(level1)->Sub menu(leve2)->Sub Sub menu(level3) and link a page to the respective menu item. 3. Allow admin to manage pages (linked to be with above menus). Admin should be able to add image slider, embed youtube video on the page and also able to add the contents for all the languages. (You can find the appropriate modules for the same) 4. The site is bilingual German and English and visitors should be able to change the language. 5. On the start page there should be a button or info box with current / alert messages. Messages will be entered from admin. You can look for an appropriate module is available. 6. URL should be user friendly.
