Hi, My Name is Avinash.

I'm looking for professionals who can help me create a web application from scratch.

I'd prefer PHP+JS+CSS3+HTML5 for front-end and Python for server-side. Although, I'm open for suggestions.

Project Description:

Project requirement is to create a whiteboard web application that connects two or multiple users who can share their video/audio and contents with ease. Out of them, one would have the Master access and the rest would be attendees. A Master controls the accesses of attendees like their video and audio. He can handover the control to an attendee, at the same time take it [login to view URL] interface would act as a platform for online tutoring so it would need to include tools like pen; eraser; basic shapes, screen marker or highlighter (something like epic pen); brush stroke size; uploading/loading of contents like pdf, word, images, powerpoint and excel; chat options with group/private. There are more to it but the ones listed above are basic. We'll dive in more as we proceed. I'd need the source code of the full application developed.

Currently, I have not set a budget for this as I understand there are many aspects that needs to be covered, however, I'd like to hear a quote and a rough time frame for the work for the points that I've listed above.
