Hello, What you requested is absolutely doable. After doing some test on my own WhatsApp chat bot engine, I think we are about two or three steps before the goal (I mean for the first part). My application answers users based on some specific keywords. But it receives and analyzes everything. We just need to route those messages to another (web) application where your operators could interact with end users. All them connected through the same WhatsApp number. Then my application would act as a proxy for all communications. Of course I can use the code you propose instead.
