Web Site Building

I need a good- looking web site including functions below. Basically, it will like a matchmaking web site. I need to go on adjustments on site after it was built without coding, so web site infrastructure's convenience is quite significant for me. -Landing page will have a search function which enables users to search the other users matching with the filters(country,city,age between, gender, language,searching aim etc.)chosen by searcher. Searchers also needs to fill the same spaces for themselves.
