Web Development and Wordpress Plugin Automation

I think I found a way to save our non profit a lot of money by changing most of our software to a worpress-based system, but I need some help on the back end making sure all the plugins talk to each other correctly. Also if you have a more elegant solution, I am all ears, this is just what I’ve come up with. A lot of this has to do with streamlining data collection so we don't end up with duplicates, users have a nice and tidy frontend that has all their info in the same place. Basically, can you make all these plugins to to each other nicely/develop a workflow that is simple? Database Migration We currently use Patron Manager to manage all of our data/tickets/donations [login to view URL] We want to move CRM functions to [login to view URL] We wouldn’t use the accounting module but this seems like the best way to keep a large database and not pay per record. We have about 70,000 records and some complex labeling having to do with schools so it will take some doing. Its very easy to export sheets from patron manager, it's just a matter of making sure wperp reads it right. WpErp also has an HR management section, is this overkill? We have a couple hundred employees/contractors There are actually quite a few good plugins from wedevs [login to view URL] each of their products also offer add ons. which ones do we actually need to make everything run smoothly? A lot of this is also figuring out which plugins are redundant. they seem to integrate well but it's about making sure Wordpress Site CMS masters Theme [login to view URL] Lots of content still needs to be filled in but that doesn't really affect the backend Plugins The theme is integrated with this calendar Event Calendar Pro [login to view URL] with the event aggregator add-on [login to view URL] we canget our Google Calendar to talk to Calendar Pro in a format it likes so it populates Tickera correctly. This way when Google calendar adjusted, all adjust Project Manager [login to view URL] allows the theatre to organize itself, lots of flexibility, users are wp subscribers but there is a frontend too Mailpoet [login to view URL] an email newsletter system that also integrates into Wordpress. Should we use this or use some of the other addons and use Mailchimp? Make sure Mailpoet diving the subscriber groups properly. Make sure User Frontend (do we need? Integrate with rest of forms?) [login to view URL] Also talks with Give forms to collect data Send this data to the CRM Import our data into the CRM in a way it understands. Create special classes I'm guessing, what is the workflow? Store I went with Woocommerce because of the integrations Want to be able to sell tickets, donations, gift certificates and merch with a good frontend data collection that talks to all these plugins Should we use this Donation plugin? [login to view URL] or do what WooCommerce says [login to view URL] we also want to use a dropshipping company to supply merch [login to view URL] Ticketing will go through Tickera [login to view URL] Tickera is very robust and also allows you to add new tickets through Woocommerce Is there a way to unify this with the Calendar plugin or do we have to create all of the tickets and ticket types manually? What's the quickest and safest way to keep this data unified? As it is now, tickets from tickera seem to go in a different cart than the main one. Basically make sure everything's integrated so I can walk away and feel safe.
