I am a Joomla developr with over 7 years experience in web development The error is common after a poor update of Joomla especially by overwriting files and failing to do a database update. I have encountered this error and after fixing it - it leads to a few more warnings. Including fixing this error and others is a task am well versed and read to assist. Initially will require the Joomla super admin login. If this will not fix - i will request for access to the db. Count me for unlimited support for this and even more.
