Hi. This is not a QoS problem. When part of the packets is lost, the voice begins to distort, tremble, "grunt." Total silence is when there are no voice packets at all for some time. This may still be an enabled and improperly working VAD. But it is not used normally. I need to understand how your network works and how lost traffic switched/routed. After that, I can decide whether to correct the problem and correct the cost..

Luego de identificar la estructura de la red de voz, continuamos con las rutas y las IPs que tiene la central telefónica configuras y cual es su gateway por defecto. Para concluir se realiza varias captura de llamadas de pruebas para identificar que la central está enviando los registros por lo menos cada 30 o 60 segundos que la central está enviando los paquetes de RTP a la IP correcta.
