I am looking to customize the vicidial agent layout screen and some of the functionality with it. I have a diagram of the layout and each tab on the page.(REMOVED BY FREELANCER.COM ADMIN) Also looking to plug this into vTiger - so if you can do both let me know, or even if you have a reference.
