Urgently a wordpress theme wanted.

I wanted a wordpress theme designed and developed. The theme is objective to collect survey and display the results. Hence the theme should be build around modal survey plugin that i have purchased. User should be able to vote, rate and comments via plugin and using good commenting system that compliments the plugin. User needs to login using Single sign on, social media plugin. Social media should be tightly integrated. The theme should be HTML5 & CSS3, with rounded corner web 2.0 style bright vibrant color. User should be able to see old polls, comments, vote on current polls. I do not have the psd, you can find any free theme with similar look and feel and modify that.
