Update a biolink plugin

I am using a biolinks plugin which i require editing to my requirements. [login to view URL] Plugin updates required: 1. Need to add a username field on the registration page [login to view URL] 2. Once a user is registered it should take them to the bio link dashboard page. Create project etc should not be available. 3. Reskin the bio link dashboard page as my requirements to go to the Links page. 4. Appearance page. Make more basic like I require don’t need all the additional background features etc. 5. Move statistics page to analytics page and add a coming soon settings page will decide out details later. 6. Move analytics, seo and UTM parameters to the Settings page. 7. Currently if a user needs to verify their email they have to verify it first before they go to the dashboard. I want them to still be able to edit their links and have access but a message bar that says verify before it goes live. !!!!!!!!PLEASE NOTE: there will be ongoing work on this once this part complete, I am looking for an experienced coder who can deliver quickly and efficiently. Who takes pride in his/her code and can suggest improvements. Also someone who thinks clearly about user experience and works fast.
