I need a simple page optimization. This is a simple page done with plain php, containing a gallery of same size images linking to external links. I would like the following error to be eliminated on google insights for speed: "Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content"

Hello Sir / Mam, You have CSS and JavaScript in head section of your website that's why these errors are happening. I will tweak your website code and whichever files are not needed in head I will place in bottom. Google can also give you error for one line JavaScript code in head section but that's not mean your website slow practically and its not offend website ranking in Google or anything else. let me see your code and I will check all the Google Insight error and I will fix them with every possibility.
