Our platform is based in Opencart and it has these functionalities: -Multi vendor: it allows to have more than one vendor registered into the platform -Membership: it controls what options will be available for the vendors -Courier: it manages the shipping of the packages calculating the amount of money according to the weight, dimensional, etc. -Cross-selling: it allows to make bundles -upselling: it allows to make an upselling offer. -Gift Teaser: it allows to give a gift if buyer purchases a product. -Schedule Price: it is a campaign offer of the product price. -Payment method: it controls the connection with the merchant. -eTicket: it manages all the activity related to a product with a ticket selling -eCard: it manages a coupon code like a Gift Card -Physical products: it manages the registration of a physical product into the platform. -Virtual Product: it manages all the selling of a product which contains a file for being sold to a buyer. We would like to know if you have an NDA document in which we want to guarantee us that our code will be preserved by freelance and you will not something related to our products for being sold to other buyers, at least with the same use or procedure, because we need to tune up some of these features.
